"I had stopped my medication, I never meant for this to happen,"   was all he could say.

     A mind blowing revaluation that had a small community (Pleasantville NJ) shaken to the core.  No one had prepared for such an inhumane act to occur so close to home. Peter Hobbs was your typical hard working American male. However he secretly suffered from a severe mental illness known as obsessive compulsive disorder or O.C.D. 
     His particular problem focused on masticating uncontrollably. It was like a constant oral fixation to have something in his mouth.  At the time he had been in treatment and was able to function normally thanks to his medication.  All was well, until he discovered his wife was having an affair with his psychiatrist.
     This sent him on a emotional outrage. It was as though someone else had taken over his body. In the midst of all that was taking place he had forgotten to take his medication. He anxiously waited for wife to return from a business trip. He took time off from work  to figure out how he would confront her. 
     The dinner receipts, the hotel receipts,and the incriminating emails he discovered drove him into a psychotic frenzy.   After one week of waiting for her return he sat alone in the dark, listening for her car to pull up in the driveway.    
     At about 8:30 pm on Sunday evening he saw headlights slowly entering the driveway. Moments later he heard the keys in the door. 

     "Peter, I didn't think you were home. Have you eaten dinner already if not I could- "

     "-what you could do is explain whats been going on with you and Dr. Roberts .  I cannot believe I was betrayed by the two people I trusted the most." 

     Suddenly a feeling of panic and anger rushed over him and he seized her by the throat with his teeth. He began ferociously masticating through her flesh until he saw the life leave out of her eyes. He didn't stop there, his teeth continued piercing through her lifeless body gnawing at her insides. When he reached her heart he chomped and chewed until there was nothing left.
     After realizing what had just taken place he phoned authorities and explained how he had just masticated his wife to a  bloody pulp.
